Wrong product return on my expense.

I received a different product and they expect me to pay for the return even thow they recognized the mystake. And the whole return procedure is made to discourage the customer to send things back. On top, the contact person replied my email with "Dear"...

This is undoubtedly a scam

This is undoubtedly a scam. You will never receive your product. The provided tracking number is false, and their claim about it taking 5-7 days to appear on the carrier's website is completely untrue. After waiting for a month, it's clear that the tracking number was never valid, and the package never arrived.

Be cautious of falling for seemingly attractive prices, as you are losing your time and money.

Massive spam of emails once they've gotten around your email contact. Unsubscribing did not work for weeks/months. I would keep my hands off them.

I ordered an item and was quoted 25 days delivery. Item never arrived and they didn't keep me updated. In the end I requested a refund.

Returning items is really hard

I've buying on the site for 8 years now. Moderately happy apart from shipping delays. Returns have always been more complicated than competitors as they have to be approved. Unfortunately lately they do everything to discourage returns asking for images and detailed description of the problem for 3 to 5 times. Buy only if the event of a return can be assumed as remote.

total incompetence, but they tray

The order was placed over a month ago, no order, no money, no information about the expected delivery date.
The only plus is that they reply to emails, but the content of these replies contains nothing.

Very bad post sale service

Very bad post sale service. Very bad!

I bought a pair of clogs some weeks ago and when they arrived, I noticed a defect on one of the clogs. When I contacted them reporting the problem with a photo showing the defect, they said that they have to contact the manufacturer about the problem.

Despite my numerous emails about three weeks ago, every time they send me a short email saying that they haven’t heard from the manufacturer and they will contact me shortly.

I mentioned the fact that I bought the product from the Private Sport shop and each time they ignore my complaint and say that they are waiting to hear from the manufacturer and without the manufacturer's authorization they cannot give me refund.

I haven’t experienced such a bad post sale service, especially buying from a web shop.

Compré un par de zuecos hace unas semanas y cuando llegaron, noté un defecto en uno de los zuecos. Cuando me puse en contacto con ellos informándoles del problema con una foto que mostraba el defecto, me dijeron que tenían que ponerse en contacto con el fabricante sobre el problema.

A pesar de mis numerosos correos electrónicos hace casi tres semanas, una vez me envían un breve correo electrónico diciendo que no han tenido noticias del fabricante y que se comunicarán conmigo en breve.

Mencioné que compré el producto en la tienda Private Sport y cada vez ignoran mi queja y dicen que están esperando noticias del fabricante y sin la autorización del fabricante no pueden emitir un reembolso.

Nunca he experimentado un servicio postventa tan malo, especialmente comprando en una tienda web.

Beware This company does not refund exchange rates

I paid for an item via Paypal, waited over the promised 25 days for delivery, contacted customer services for over 3 weeks before being informed item was not available.
They did refund but due to time period and exchange rates, I only received 90% of my original payment. So I never got the item and also lost money after waiting over 6 weeks for delivery. Even though I was in contract with Private Sport Shop, and they were the one in breech of said contract by not having the item to deliver, I lose out.
Private sport shop say it's a Paypal problem when I have supplied them with evidence that after Euros to Pound conversion , Not their them. Simply shocking . Will never use again. This is the second time I have had delivery problems from this company , and both times I have never received the items ordered.

TO FLEE!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have read the reviews first before ordering.. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! I placed an order last March 5 and it has been a month now my order is still missing.. No updates, Nothing from them. Their app doesn't even allow you to do follow ups. I would love to cancel my order but there's also no button for that. The worst part is that they DO NOT HAVE a tracking system in place so it's like a guessing game. I tried sending them an email last March 29. I only got a response by April 1 saying that they will forward it to a higher level agent.. SERIOUSLY?? Super disappointed! Now I don't know how long should I wait again for their feedback. This is my first and certainly my last order. Never again!!! I made this order for my sons event at school last April 2 and now it's April 5. Meaning I don't need it anymore. WHAT A SHAME!!!

UPDATE: After my email last April 5 their customer support told me that they have sent the parcel via Chronopost and that they have also sent a commercial voucher valid for 6 months to apologize for the trouble. Today, April 11 I have received my order FINALLY!!! YAY! After 1 month and 6 days. Unfortunately, they sent me a wrong order and the commercial voucher that they mentioned is no where to be found. I will just keep the wrong order because it will probably take ages to change plus I am not expecting for the voucher since this will be my last order!!! :(

Never again and not to trust

Ordered Scicon sunglasses on October 25th, just received a notification they are unable to fulfill the order. 3 months have gone without an advice while sitting on money for 3 months. Excellent business model and customer service I would say.

Worst ever - avoid at all costs

Ordered product for delivery scheduled for 6 June - on 19 July they cancelled our order and refunded our money saying they could not deliver to the UK. During that time we made over 10 phone calls and emails to find out what was going on and were ignored or dismissed by their customer services. I will never buy from them again - you can get the same product at same or cheaper prices at Sports Pursuit - and they are UK based!!!

They list a second rate selection of…

They list a second rate selection of old or remainder stock. Usually they don't have what I want, when they do, they usually don't have my size.
On the very rare occasions when they have the item and size I want, the prices are often no better than you can find elsewhere. Today, for instance they are listing Vans Old Skool "discounted" to 47€... but they are easy to find on line for 40€.
I am sure there are bargains to be had on PrivateSportShop, but finding them is more effort than it's worth.
But you have to sign up to see the prices, so... they have your data!
My advice - don't sign up.

Waste of time and Money

Waste of time. I order shoe and it was never delivered even there is no status update. Save your time and money by not ordering any product from this site.
They have no credibility to inform about any delay or not even responsive.

Edited: Even after reaching multiple emails and calls and committing about the refund they will never refund the amount. I pin point this: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Perfect experience, fantastic price

Seeing some of the negative reviews, I was skeptical - the deal for rapha (cycling wear) was too good to be true. But also too good to be ignored, so I decided to pay with paypal as an extra security, and obviously still order ;) I'm glad I did.

Although the delivery time was long, it was within the expected window (25 working days) and I even returned 130euro cycling shoes, without any charge, and received a refund within a few days of my shoes arriving back in the warehouse.
It's like 'best secret' for sportswear, I am definitely buying from here again - I can only recommend it.
