I've bought 2 pair of climbing shoes , both of them were small due to wrong description, then I've tried to return them .After one week of waiting response from them , they send me an email with the return ticket, but I have to pay to return them. Now reading the review I rather sell them by myself ,but don't want to know anything about this company .

I passed an order with them, they had brand i used to wear back in Canada and in EU doesn't really have the size or fit i used to.
Thought i will give it a try, my order was ready in the time frame they promoted which is 48hrs, everywhere in their site and i should get it in 4 up to 7 business open days with a tracking number.
A DISASTER, i followed my order, i see it went all around the cities of France except to my address...and back to the shipper(privatesportshop) after 10 days (business days), I contacted them and like it was like nothing, not their fault but the shipping company, no problem solving whatsoever, basically just, "we wait and ship it back to you for free"....free? i paid my shipping cost for 7 open business days not for a full month...the least you can do is to ship it back to me express...like common sense and change the shipping company too. Now after 3 weeks, i haven't received my order. First time and last time i'm ordering with them, if i knew....
TIPS: Order your stuff directly from the brand site or any well known third party, not this kind of third party, you'll pay more on shipping but at least you'll receive your stuff.

I'm about to order and decided to read trustpilot review and it looks so bad, so I agree every review in trustpilot because these online buying 90% are just a waste of time and mostly my experienced from online buying abroad the product either will not arrived, not delivered as what they wrote to be 2 weeks recieve, or goods are pretty bad quality and the worst not recieving the item and refunds are impossible to get.

Ordered a ski jacket 5 weeks ago. Paid by Paypal from a US $ account, so money had to be converted. Received a refund out of the blue today with a note saying the order had been cancelled. The refund was automatically converted back to US $. Due to conversion charges and exchange rate movements, this has cost me $5. I don't have any goods, just a $5 loss which I had to wait 5 weeks to receive. No reason given why they cancelled this order and no apology either. Absolute cowboys, do not order from them.

Very poor experience.
I ordered some skis, paid for them and they were marked as dispatched.
I was sent a tracking link, but it did not recognize the item.
After several emails to them and waiting another week, I received an email saying that the order had been cancelled and that the supplier would not send to the UK.
I replied asking if the real reason was that the item had been oversold.
The reply said that if I had an address in Europe the skis could be sent
I do not have a European address.
Undeterred, I offered to arrange my own courier and received a reply simply saying that this facility was not offered.
I then asked if they would send them to a hotel in Italy where I will be in January. Not ideal but a solution for me.
They said they would enquire and get back to me. I've heard nothing.
I feel like I've run a marathon, when the company should have never offered these skis for sale if delivery was impossible.
They seem inept in both accurate communication and also lacking in basic consideration in the way I was treated.
This was my first attempt to buy anything from them, and In spite of their slick website, I don't have the will to go through all that again.
Buyer beware!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, and it just got lost in the meantime. I have contacted customer support a couple of times and I have been put on hold for 30 days, until they get an answer from the courier. On the order it said it will be delivered in 5-7 working days. Since I am preparing for a marathon race and will be needing the equipment as of this weekend, I will have to place a second order with a more reliable company and pay double just because Private Sport Shop decided to have terrible customer service and be the most unreliable shop on the market. Try to stay away as it does seem like it is a scam site. Go place your order somewhere else.

Didn’t sign up and never purchased. Started receiving spam emails from them. Hit unsubscribe and select no more only to be told ‘settings can’t be saved’. Doesn’t inspire confidence even if I did want to buy.

Having read some of the negative reviews, I was little hesitant about ordering, but decided to risk it. I’m glad I did. My item was shipped within 48 hours, as promised, and arrived quite quickly. It was in perfect condition and I could tell that the box had never been opened. The price was very good. The postage was a little higher than normal, but not bad considering it came from France. I would definitely consider buying from this site again.
I do pay attention to reviews and finally decided to write my own for this discounted online shop.
I have ordered on several occasions, so I do have a first hand and solid shopping experience with them.
-Always got what I ordered, no issues here at all.
-Well packaged and delivered with a reputable courier company.
-Great customer service at least emailing, was nice to give me a voucher as well once.
-4 stars because shipping costs could be much lower on small orders - sometimes delivery can be equal to the price of the product.
-Ridiculous to ask customers to cover the return expenses themselves. NO OTHER ONLINE RETAILER like Zalando for example forces you to do so. You have to push and ask for return labels to be provided at the cost of the company.
I ordered an item on 3rd Dec. By 13th Dec the shipment had not arrived so I contacted Private sport Shop. After 10 days they told me to get in contact with the shipping company. Should they not do that themselves. 22nd Dec - still my item has not arrived and this company has washed their hands of it. Very shoddy service

Ordered an SUP promoted on their UK website. Was advised the parcel was shipped and received a tracking link. After checking the link regularly across a 4 day period I noticed the delivery company had said the item was now being returned to the sender. Contacted the company by phone. They said they would get back to me with an update. The update came via an email saying they do not ship items like this to the UK. So no product was received. This item was purchased for an upcoming holiday. I am now unable to order a replacement in time. So I ask why were they promoting it on their UK website? Why do they allow you to make the purchase if this is the case? Why did I have to identify the issue myself? What a waste of time! Avoid this company
