UK watch buyers beware!!!!!
Watch got stopped by UK customs as no tax for the importation of the watch had been paid. Thought they would have taken this into consideration in the origonal price or at least made you aware of addtional charges at point of sale.
Fully expect to pay 20% more than the advertised price and don't expect any help from customer services, you are 100% on you're own to sort it out.
Contacted customer services three times no response left hanging.
Not a good experiance at all, 0 Stars!!!

Paid the tax and the watch is the white version ordered the black version Ffs.

4 Stars only because of the costumer service, too stupid to write a adress correctly on the package I waited 3-4 weeks for a order and the parcel was shipped back to the sender because of the falsely written adress. Never got my stuff.
They cancel orders cause they are out of stock, but can't be bothered to send an email to inform you. You'll know when you get a random refund from paypal. And don't expect a refund for the extra money you paid for delivery, they won't include it.

Products came in time for those with a longer shipping date, items marked 48 hours shipping usually took longer than that to ship. Overall a good service and no issues with returns at all, they provided me with free return shipping label as well!
,I done order 2 items in the 10/01/2021 one parcel arrive and the 2 is missing and nobady want to help you.Costumer service is silent-no answer.
1 items (t-shirts) are very poor quality for cost about 25£each.British second hand have better quality.Very disappointing about this company.It was my 1 time but no more.
If you want to loose your money send money to charity and definitely not for this company.

Very bad experience. Not only I have received the wrong articles, but they concluded, after 3 weeks of emails and phone calls, that they are unable to provide a prepaid postal service for retuning these articles from Switzerland. Their website claims that these services are included without limitations on the destination. Customer service is asking me to pay for the return be reimbursed afterwards, which will result in more tax payments in Switzerland. When asked to be reimbursed for the price difference between my order and the articles sent by mistake to avoid spending more money, they explained that it is not possible to do so because they do not have a record of those articles. First thing they requested and I did was to send a picture with the barcodes of the articles received by mistake so they could identify them in their system. In conclusion, I have spent 120 euros in articles that cost 40 euros.
I will certainly refrain from using this site in the future and would definitely recommend that you avoid doing so. A total scam!.

Bought a pair of shoes and they were not fit had to send them back but I never received the refund and the customer service was not helpful at all. I don’t recommend this company. I felt so cheated!
They sent the incorrect size to the one I requested. 3 calls to customer service , all said they don’t speak English call back. Refused to take my details & have a customer service agent who does speak English call me. So I emailed them....3 times before I got a response.
I was told they won’t modify orders !?! ...I again explained they had sent the incorrect size so I’m not asking for anything to be modified...I want what I ordered....
I had no response to my email for 24 hours so resent it....called customer service again... again told to call back & hope I get through to an English speaking agent..so I messaged them on Facebook...on their page & directly .....no acknowledgement....nothing ....
I emailed them everyday for a week....and called customer services every day for a week....finally success! I managed to speak to an English speaking agent....who the preceded to talk over me & not listen to what I was saying...eventually she grasped the fact they had made the mistake & sent the wrong size....then she cut me off 🤬😡
I’ve since managed to get an email response & they have attached my receipt & free returns postage paid form that was not in my delivery as they stated it should be.
God knows if I will get a full refund ....& when!?.?
I strongly urge anyone NOT to use this company, it’s disgusting how they treat customers, the service levels are the worst I’ve experienced anywhere & the whole experience dealing with them is dreadful.
AVOID at all costs....chances are you won’t receive what you ordered & getting you money back is nigh on impossible.
I ordered a SUP board one week ago to an extraordinary cheap price and I concerned that this offer was too good to be true - but they proved me wrong! Only a few seconds after I had ordered I received a written confirmation and I was constantly updated about the delivery. And only one week later it arrived!
