No way you can find same items at a lower price. Good customer service also.
It took them 2 months to deliver my order (a SUP - the website promised shipment within 7 days) which was defective (it was leaking), and then it took them another two months to send me another one without any compensation whatsoever. So be prepared: you should order one season in advance and send at least 20 e-mails before you get your cheap product.

I am highly disappointed at the service received from PrivateSportShop over the last 2 months.
I order a few pair of shoes and when received, I was not impressed with the quality so returned 5 of the 6 items, only to be advised I would need to pay £70 in return postage...
After a couple of emails, it was finally agreed PrivateSportShop would send a return lable to cover the return costs.
A week later I received a credit note for the refund, however one pair of shoes were missing from the refund (only 4 of 5 received). I have emailed 3 times and am no longer receiving any response from PrivateSportShop. Any suggestions on how to claim my money back?

They don't take any responsibilities for their mistakes, delays in shipments, or very poor quality products.

Takes a while, but absolutely worth it. good prices, very good customer service. If something wasnt delivered on time, a refund is always offered with a discount for next buy. Timely response from the help desk. They really do their best to do their job properly. thumbs up!

big delays in delivery. No delivery notifications. No reimbursement if the products are not delivered (unless you notify within 90 days from order that is often shorter than delivery time). Far far away from the standard of quality of others.
The site does not clearly indicate delivery and shipping dates. Delivery dates are not met. The prices charged when shipping is included are rarely if ever more advantageous than those of other online sales platforms. It is impossible to return an article that is not the right size or that is defective.
As expensive as the other for less service, I would advise against this shop.
Not a reliable site for purchasing anything.
Purchased a helmet to go skiing that was marked "shipping in 7 days or less" but was marked with two extra days on the list of purchases so more like "shipping in 9 days".
But even then it was only marked shipped AFTER the day limit and as of writing this review it seems that my package is still waiting to be shipped, a joke! And if you look at other reviews there is a lot of people getting wrong items or even not getting anything at all, if not 3 months late.
Apart from the prices that this site offers I wouldn't recommend buying on it.

Bad practice. Not a good shop.
Same products you buy are on sale for 15% cheaper 3 days later, feeling like ripped off.
You try to contact them you get no case number or e-mail copy with your message so you contact them but have no evidence meaning they can just ignore your request.
Dissapointing, not what they claim to be.

Bear in mind that when you place an order, you do not have any guarantee of actually receiving your item. Some one month after you ordered the item they let you know that uppss finally they do not have it!
It seems that this possibility is mentioned in the contract terms...Even though I could accept this as an exceptional event, but this is not the case it happens on a regular basis.
This is an unacceptable practice not only for the client who losses the possibility of purchasing the good in other website, but also for other serious websites, I wonder if this is even legal such an unfair competition.
Enough for me, never again Privatesportshop. I rather recommend SPORTPURSUIT, just check truspilot ratings!
