Orders never processed in time

They consistently have issues with their systems that create huge delays in getting your prescription. Their customer support is very unprofessional and for a company that is providing medication they do not care at all about getting it to you when you need no matter when you order.

Update: after I wrote this review I was then also charged twice for the same order.
Will not be continuing to use this service and do not recommend.

Easy but not super reliable

The process was easy, although my doctor was switched last minute with no notification (literally minutes before the call was set to start) which I found odd. Regardless, I still enjoyed the doctor I was put with. They were respectful, kind and took their time to explain things to me. I only have three stars because the emergency contraceptive was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy, however, they never received the order for it. Because of this I ultimately went another route for what I needed.

Ive used PRJKT RUBY for several years…

Ive used PRJKT RUBY for several years now. I took a brief, 2 year break from birth control medication. But it's wonderful that PRJKT RUBY is just as i remembered. Its affordable, its effortless, and it gives back. This is the number one service i recommended and the only service I see myself using in the future.

Website issues, payment issues, poor customer service operating procedure

My payment method did not go through in my order. When I tried to add a payment method to my account via the website, the new payment method did not save. I called and was told that the payment method needed to be charged manually somehow because the system was not recognizing that the billing address and shipping address are separate. That means I have to wait even longer to be notified whether my payment method has finally been manually charged and my order has been shipped - this was not resolved on the call. Very buggy experience with too many touchpoints and waiting on seeing whether things are working or not.

Very professional and friendly

I am pleased about Dr. Brazile helping me with getting in the pills. Not only did she inform me about the side effect of the pills but she also made me feel validated for not wanting to have kids right now. I was hesitant about getting on the pill but now I feel at ease.

Being asked the same questions multiple…

Being asked the same questions multiple times while I’m trying to order emergency contraceptives is annoying. Also the option to not have immediate delivery is crazy for a prescription only medicine

Always a Great Experience!

I was a previous customer with PRJKT RUBY and it was easy to start back up and have my order approved within a day. Same medication I've been taking, except this one is the name brand of the generic one that I've been using. Back to what I'm used to. Thank you!

I've had nothing but issues with Prjkt…

I've had nothing but issues with Prjkt Ruby. First order, USPS lost my package and delivered it to a stranger. I spent all day on the phone with Prjkt Ruby, who eventually called it into my pharmacy which made things easier for me. This was March 2024.

Today, I call to see if my autofill order could be sent to the pharmacy, like it was before. I spoke to Leslie, who wasn't the friendliest, but more concerning was that she didn't seem to understand what was going on, from my request to my order issues previously. No notes were left on my file about the issue I had with delivery, and she was stumped by the generic brand listed on my file rather than the name brand their NP prescribed.

All of this was fine until Leslie began asking medical questions. When I inquired, confused as to why she needed this information when Prjkt Ruby already had it from two months ago, she claimed I had to re-submit my medical questionnaire, pay to speak to another NP, and put in ANOTHER order entirely. I did this in MARCH of this year, 2024, almost two months to the day. She claimed I no longer had a script with Prjkt Ruby after they called it into my local pharmacy (due to their shipping issue) and had to do it all over again.

How scammy is that? I am so frustrated and disappointed in my experience. I won't be returning as a customer if I can help it.

Changes

Even thought auto renew is 90 days, I get it more frequently. Also, the prescription was changed without talking to me and the new one gives me migraines

Thank you for your feedback, Brittney. Regarding auto refill frequency, we send refills earlier than 90 days to ensure you never run out of birth control. Each pack contains 28 pills, so sending them every 90 days would be too late. That being said, you may view your next shipping date and turn off auto refill in your account settings at any time.

Regarding the prescription change, pharmacists may substitute generic versions of medications for availability and cost reasons. These generics are therapeutically equivalent. We apologize if the change has caused migraines, and we want to work with you to find the best birth control for you. Terrible experience

Having used them for years, I submitted a refill request w/no changes. Suddenly, now the NP just has to speak to me on the phone to "verify info". Jennifer A. proceeds to ask me "why I haven't filled with them since 2021/2022". I said that's not something she needs to know, which she doesn't. She insists that somehow she needs to know that "to gather my medical history". I refuse; then she asks me the date of my last period. Again, I refuse as I'm not providing that info to a company in Utah to keep in their records -- not in 2023 USA, absolutely not. Again, I refuse & state that she doesn't need to know that. And I know she doesn't need to know that because I've literally NEVER been asked to provide that info to them before. I ask for a supervisor & am denied. So I'm refused care at 41 YEARS OLD after decades of using BCP. I ask repeatedly for the medical reasons why she needs to know the answers to those 2 questions & she does not answer. DONE with them, taking my business to a competitor and making a complaint to medical board.
