Appalling service
Appalling service. I have been trying to get a replacement or refund for a faulty Knog light for several weeks now. Every message I have sent has been met with diversionary, meaningless, time wasting replies. I don't normally write bad reviews, but I think people should be warned about this.

Awful Customer Service Do Not Send Anything To This Company
(UPDDATE 1 month and no refund, fobbed off by Sam and the team) I've been promised a refund for my forks that were under warranty but I still haven't received the funds and it's been over 2 weeks since this was processed. I wouldn't normally write a bad review but it seems this is the only way to get a response from this company as there is no telephone number, they don't respond via social media and respond via account messages every other day.
