Purchased the black head peel away mask a few days ago and since purchased basically the whole range! Very affordable, smells and feels amazing! I never leave reviews on anything but this is great skincare! Love it

I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic the Procoal customer service is.

After speaking on the phone with Procoal’s Customer Support in regards to an order I had placed, the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly attentive, helpful and polite. He even gave me some additional advice in regards to skincare routine, by which I can get the very best out of their products.

I can’t wait to receive my products from Procoal and will definitely be buying from them again!!!

They have sent me wrong items, I have messaged them but no reply. that is not how customer service should work! Very dissapointed

I’ve read some of the reviews on here regarding items not been delivered.
I had the same problem been emailing and calling for days and no reply nor was anyone picking up the phone.

Today I tried calling for the third time, and someone finally picked up!
Actually a nice man who was quite mortified that I didn’t receive my items. He explained that they have just moved warehouse locations and he was so sorry this had happened. I explained that he should read the one star reviews on here as it’s not just me questioning the where abouts of our products.
He refunded me straight away! and I mean straight away!
It won’t put me off buying from here so don’t be put off, it’s just an error give them them the benefit of the doubt to get sorted.

The product was sent promptly and in a very secure package.
I have been using the cream on my son as he suffers from dry and itching skin. He has been feeling a lot better since using it and is asking every night for it. It seems to really relieve him from dryness and itching.

Ordered teeth whitening coal over 3 weeks ago, still not delivered!

I am just trialing the free sample of Intensive Skin Defence balm,
and it seems very soothing on my dry skin and I like the fact that it is all natural ingredients. I would be happy to recommend this product.
I will post another review in a few weeks.

It is fabulous balm- I noticed the difference after the first application! Highly recommended

I have really dry skin on my face so ordered this balm to see if it would help seeing as tho its supposed to be good for eczema and so far its been good for my face, its smooth you get plenty in the jar which is nice and small to take out and about if needed and dont have any bad smell to the balm. will update once i have used it longer.

Great product. After trying many natural deodorants that don't work, the procoal deodorant works and lasts perfectly.

The product (deodorant active charcoal) is lovely - great smelling, easy to apply, long lasting, and in my experience, doesn't leave any marks. As for customer service - superb and 100% reliable. I had a problem with a purchase recently and had a chat with Yousaf, who is a member of the procoal team. He was 100% professional and great to deal with, and he resolved my issues immediately.
