I have not received my product and countless emails later asking for an update I still have no answers. They have my money with no product !!!

Lovely products, plus they help charities and are ecologically thoughtful. Definitely my favourite deodorant.

After using rhino skin armour scrub for years (the only thing that worked) it took a very long time to find a product that worked as good if not better! After a stress breakout (yes thats a thing lol) and other products put to use i gave this a try and the results in just 2 days were amazing. Now this isnt a cure for acne but it would work well i suppose, used twice a day day for a week would do wonders! its a small tube for the price but it is well worth it and i would recommend subscribing to it. As with other products ive tried they just seem to tighten the skin which gives the feel of it working, now this Procoal London actually exfoliates the skin leaving it smooth and clean. id also suggest after a week of twice a day usage, drop to every other day when the breakout is gone.
All in all if you're familiar with the rhino skin armour this in my opinion eclipses it! Worth the money could do with being bigger, but still doesnt take the shine off it well worth 5 stars!!
Update after speaking to the managing director about this product I am also happy to give the company and customer service 5 stars exceptional service, this product is very well received! Do buy!

I've been exploring natural deodorants for about 6 years now and I am extremely impressed with this product. Easy to use, no waste or mess. Very fresh smell. I'm quite a sweaty person and I find that this keeps me odourless all day long! Will definitely buy again

Have started to use,and its easy to apply,gently perfumed and best of all......works😆😆

Although I am quite impressed with the actual product, I was disgusted to find that it arrived in a large (>A4) plastic envelope. The main reason I bought this was to avoid the plastic of regular deodorants, yet here is this over sized plastic packaging. Please remedy this, procoal!

I’ve been using this deodorant for a few weeks now. It’s very effective and has a subtle fresh herbal sort of scent. Kind to the skin as I usually have dry skin or a rash on my under arms but this has gone now. My only minor gripe on this occasion was the lids of 2 out of the 3 pots I ordered were a bit dented so not so easy to screw on/off. Maybe more padding needed in the packaging?

The products are good but there delivery and customer service is pathetic. Delivery is £4.99 for 5-7 working days my delivery to 9 working days to arrive it arrived in and opened amazon parcel, the lids where all dented, they didn’t reply to my email asking where my order is, they didn’t send me an email saying it had been dispatched like it says they do on there website I’d recommend buying the products through other retailers.

My second purchase in two years from Denmark .... safe shopping and fast shipping. Highly recommenable :)

Love the product (charcoal deodorant) but as I had bought it to decrease plastic waste I was disappointed that it came wrapped in a foot of plastic bubble wrap!

Deodorant amazing. Disappointed they use SLS in their hair shampoo. Prompt delivery

Great ethical healthy product! Works really well and packaged with minimal, no plastic packaging. Feels much healthier on the skin too.

I placed my order on 7th August, 13 days ago. The items still haven’t arrived. It took 9 days for Procoal to dispatch the order, and apparently Royal Mail have had the package for the last 4 days. Really disappointing service. Won’t be ordering from Procoal again.

I love the products, they are amazing. Service and delivery are very slow. They don't seem to stock the products that I order? I have placed 2 orders now and they have taken a long time to arrive. They contacted me on my most recent order saying they were out of stock on half of my order but I was prepared to wait. It arrived a week later than they said it would be. I still did not receive my complete order though - another item was refunded and not received with my order. Very frustrating and disappointing - I will source the products from another provider or find alternative products from now on.

Never received my package despite request for expedited shipment. No response from customer service. Terrible!
