Good shop, delivery took a while but as it was free I didn't mind!

Awesome product with quick delivery. This has the be the number one for a natural deodorant product.

Good products, works well for tooth and skin. Pretty expensive. Overpriced. There are cheaper products on the market with the same quality.

The shampoo bar was really good. It smells amazing as well. I’ve tried another branded shampoo bar and I’ve enjoyed using this one a lot more.

non existent customer service

contacted support twice as i did not receive a dispatch notice or the products for a long time. Procoal only sent the products after i had requested a refund via paypal. I have still not had a reply to my emails. delivery took 2 weeks rather than 3-5 days, I will not order from this company again.

Great deodorant, great service

Well I’m not reviewing the product as it has not been delivered, 2 weeks after ordering, plus I’ve had no notifications re my order at all, plus I accidentally ordered the same thing twice so I contacted the company to cancel one of the orders, but again I had no response.
So poor rating is regarding the communication and efficiency.
Very frustrating as part of the order is for a present!

I’m going plastic free and wanted a shampoo bar for my greasy hair I suffer with dandruff and sensitive scalp. Thought I would have to down grade my shampoo experience giving up plastic but this bar is amazing my hair feels great and hasn’t irritated my scalp

I am increasingly becoming a huge fan of all things charcoal as I really feel like it does remove oil from skin and hair. I was really happy to find a charcoal base shampoo bar and I’m really happy with the results so far

Not meeting desdlines of delivery dates and very poor customer service, when sent email requesting information to know where was my parcel I didn’t even had. A reply.

A clean and simple way to whiten teeth. And remove soft/moderate staining. Compared to other so called charcoal, Procoal is straight forward clean grounded powder, with true ingredients, unlike some which are grey in colour and gloopy when used. This is my third order of Procoal charcoal, and I am still pleased with the results.

Brought this firstly via Amazon for a holiday it was excellent, so have ordered 2 more for my daughter as going to work abroad for 6 months in the heat so works brilliantly & also makes travelling light

I love all the procoal products I’ve used. Their service is great - products arrive quickly! I especially love their sheet masks!

I received my product and the expiry date is in 7 days for a tub that size

Nothing special, has made a difference but it says you should see the best results after 5-7 days. Been about 8-9 days with brushing twice daily if not 3 times. Pretty averagely priced for this product. Probably won’t buy again and see if I can find another similar product. Might improve after a bit more time?

This is an excellent deodorant, you still sweat a bit, but it smells nice and clean! Probably the best arrangement all round, really.
