This is an amazing product
This is an amazing product. There are times when you skin just needs a good scrub to rid those dead skin cells. After noticing dry patches after applying my foundation I knew it was time to use this. I loved the clean smell of this product and the scrub was so refreshing without damaging or causing any sensitivity to my skin. My skin was left glowing and really clean. One of the best facial exfoliators I have used in a long time. I would recommend this to everyone.

Need to improve their customer service
I ordered products from them over a week ago, and not only have I not received the item, I haven't even received a shipping confirmation.
What's more, I sent an email to their customer service asking them about the whereabouts of my product & it went unanswered.
Two days later, I contacted the customer service department by telephone to ask them where my product was. I was told the person in charge of deliveries (there's only one person who deals with deliveries) would call me back in half an hour. 3 hours later, no phonecall from them, so I had to call them back.
After ringing them back, that one person who handles deliveries told me it was shipped the day after ordering & to wait a while longer. I requested to receive a shipping confirmation as proof of shipping & was told by the customer service rep that he would send it immediately. GUESS WHAT. Still haven't received a shipping confirmation 3 days after the phone call.
The man I spoke to (Yousef) was so rude, and after venting my frustrations, he has the audacity to imply that I'm crazy by saying "I'm worried about you, from one human being to another". He went on to patronise me by explaining to me what working days were.
If the company want to improve, they need to either hire more than 1 person to handle deliveries, or if they don't have the resources to do this, at least train their existing one to do the following: answer customers emails, is sympathetic & apologises for any late delivery, and actually sends shipping confirmations.
