Top notch customer service
I bought a Santoku knife at the Arndale Centre store in Manchester. When I got home and unboxed it, I noticed that the seal on the box had been "opened' and when I took the knife out of the sheaf, the tip was broken/blunted. I emailed the company and attached photos and they sent me a new knife in the post! Brilliant customer service! Just a shame that the original knife was sold in the 1st place but overall, I rate this knife and I definitely rate the customer service! Thank you.

I have visited the precook shop in Manchester and 5he products on display are of a very high standard.
I have found the staff very helpful and friendly, explained everything clearly. I find that the products are at a good price, and of a very high standard.
