The pan I bought is great and I’m…
The pan I bought is great and I’m really happy with it. However, the customer service during my visit wasn’t good. The lady in the store came across as quite rude and uninterested. When I asked a few simple questions about which pan was better, she didn’t respond or try to help — I mostly felt ignored.
I also waited at the till for quite a while, even though there were no other customers in the store. I would understand if she had been busy, but it seemed like she just didn’t want to engage.
I don’t usually complain, but I think it’s important to mention this. If staff don’t know the answer, that’s fine — just saying so politely would be much better than making a customer feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.
Overall, I’m happy with the product, but the customer service could definitely be improved.

To be honest lost my car in the car…
To be honest lost my car in the car park tried to recall which entrance I came out , whilst walking noted your shop , so went I to it , I was amazed at the stock and how lovely the store was set out , I noted a few specials which caught my eye , and pleased with the small sale purchases .
The staff were very friendly and helpful and made my experience very welcoming, definitely will be calling back again
