It was good within the store although we were over charged nearly £100!
They were very quick to refund a few days later once we noticed and emailed pro cook.

Great customer service. The item I wanted was out of stock (it was on offer) so the staff in Basingstoke sourced the item to Bordon who reserved it for me and I picked it up a few days later.
