The person on the till absolutely rude…
The person on the till absolutely rude .My little 2 yrs old girl was exploring with me while i was looking for something specific to buy and than she took and had one of the silicone spacula and licked it .When i went to pay for my pan the lady gave me the rude look asking if im buying the spacula also.i told her i am not buying and she said well she had it in her mouth.Well she is 2 yrs old and its normal to have things like this and sometimes you cant explain two a little one that its not ok.But definitely not ok for the lady to take it and hold it and express how she is discussed by just holding it and trying to push me to buy it.She should have better customer service and i will def not buy from this shop anything anymore.its not kids friendly

I needed three new saucepan lids which I didn’t know you could get separately I was so pleased when the lady on the till told me that I could buy them separately nothing was too much trouble, I love this range anyway and didn’t want to get a completely new set, I also added and got another new frying pan many thanks for your help
