Great customer service
I purchased an item on Sunday and, upon arriving home, noticed that it was unfortunately broken during transport. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly, issuing a replacement without any hassle. The process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved.

The lady on the till was very helpful
The lady on the till was very helpful, keeping aside my various items until I’d selected everything I wanted as it was too much to carry.
I must admit, it was lucky I had the batteries for the scales I’d bought - as none came with the scales.
