Great quality, huge selection.
A huge selection of products on display, I was easily able to match a new frying pan to two other pans I bought in Bath and online. Prices were OK. Quality as ever very high. Pans are very tough and the non stick is great with no apparent wear to my other pans after 3 years.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Needed to exchange something I had bought online ( my mistake in buying the wrong item!) . All exchanged with no fuss. I also came away with some extra items which the assistant was helpful in showing me but then leaving me to decide without pressure.

The staff were very helpful and…
The staff were very helpful and informative, they really knew the products which was useful to be able to make a decision. The displays were really helpful and laid out in such a way it was easy to see everything we were looking at. We bought some knives for our workplace and didn't want to spend to much, I was impressed that even these knives that were in the cheaper range came with sheaths.

Super helpful staff
Visited the store last week to buy a good all-round chef's knife (Japanese) as a gift. I didn't really know what I was doing and the staff were so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I bought the right knife. Such great service.
