I'm disabled an the sales person was…
I'm disabled an the sales person was very helpful with getting the item i required so I didn't have to go round myself ,the shop itself is very well spaced to allow wheelchairs and even my mobility scooter inside an get around without too much fuss,have always been impressed with the staffs spacial awareness when it comes to room for everyone to get around inside the shop

Very disappointed as visited my local…
Very disappointed as visited my local store in Bracknell and went to cash desk to purchase my items with cash only to be advised they had no cash in the till to provide my change and that I could pay by card. I therefore left without my items as I will not be bullied into using a card, cash should also be an option. This is absolutely not acceptable.
