Did not have anyone offer help whilst looking at the products .It felt as if they assumed was not going to purchase anything so no one bothered to ever offer help and when I had settled for the product I wanted had to actually go and ask for help and that's when I received some attention.Didn't fell welcome poor customer service but good products .

Great staff - attentive and helpful and friendly but not overbearing. Huge range of good products from cocktail shakers to pans and crockery. Not cheap but good quality.
