25 year guarantee?!
It lasted two weeks before awful blemishes appeared (i followed the customare care instructions to the T). Sent an email to customer service and no response. Probably £200 down the drain.

Roasting tin.
I saw a stainless steel roasting tin and V shaped rack on line at Pro Cook, I was looking for one without non stick coating, as there is a shop close by I went to the shop and was pleased because there was a sale on and I was able to purchase both items for a very good price.
Not used yet but will do so when I next cook a Sunday lunch.

Great Staff and Product Knowledge
Toby at the Cannock branch was really informative about ceramic products, caring for them and using them and supported our choice of product. He gave us a leaflet to take away as well.
