Excellent service in the Chatham…
Excellent service in the Chatham Dockside branch where the assistant provided information on the different can openers and discussed the pros and cons of the different models. Whilst it was only a can opener I was buying and not very expensive I felt as if I was being treated equally to someone buying high end, top price goods.

First time to purchase items here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even managed to reserve an item that they didn’t have in stock for us to collect in Maidstone branch. Very good customer service
