Really good experience with the staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and were more than happy to advise me on my needs. I will probably not shop anywhere else for cookware.

I had a list of items which the very helpful member of staff took and sourced everything from the store room thus saving me a lot of time. Both ladies were very helpful and so made my shopping experience very good.
I have always had good service from Procook whether I order online or go in store.

Really bad experience in store absolutely fine just forgot to mention they shared my card details and set up a reoccurring transaction to their named charity without advising me or seeking my permission to do this !!! Not good at all caused issues as thought card had been cloned so cancelled
