Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding Customer Service provided, along with brilliant advice. Extremely knowledgeable staff are on hand to deal with any questions you may have. We are having a new kitchen fitted with a beautiful induction hob. ProCook have a vast choice of cooking and baking products available to compliment any colours or surfaces. With the help of ProCook's Sales Staff, we have been able to choose some excellent saucepans, cooking pots and skillets, which we are going to purchase on Friday. We are currently having a new kitchen fitted with a large induction hob, as a result we need new saucepans as well as hob to oven pans. We called into Pro Cook and were pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were. We intend to call back into Pro Cook this weekend and speak to the staff before making our final purchase. We'd thoroughly recommend visiting the store, as well as the knowledgeable staff, the store has a huge array of cooking and baking accessories at very competitive prices.

What a selection 👌
Popped in to Procook in Chatham Dockside to look at their saucepans. What a selection! A really nice sales lady politely asked if I needed any help and guided me in deciding what I needed. I'm over the moon with them all. They even had matching utensils!!!
