Helpful staff
The person serving had put something aside for me to collect about an hour previous to me visiting the shop, I was travelling a fair way and wanted to make sure they had the item.
On arrival the staff were very helpful and suggested also another item that I may have been interested in that was also on offer, which I did also purchase. I was buying the items for a gift.

Disappointing experience
I would like to have given a higher rating as the gentleman who served me was very friendly and efficient, however the lady who served my friend was extremely rude, grumpy and unhelpful. It spoilt my experience visiting the store for the first time.

We had a really lovely experience shopping at ProCook in Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I have not tried the set of pans we have purchased but they look fab!
The store was tidy, well stocked, and just had a really nice vibe overall. We will definitely be popping back again!

Well stocked store
Well stocked store, got everything you can think of and more, love everything, quality, style and technology in every item. I want one of everything, but settled on a yorkshire pud tray, made them cook beautifully for Sunday lunch.
