The service in the chesterfield shop is brilliant. But has yet I've not used my paella pan so I cannot comment on that at this moment.

Really impressed with the Store and…
Really impressed with the Store and products. However, we found the sales person who attended us extremely pushy. We feel this put us off and may do so with other customers. Also, her use of language could be improved, ie instead of saying POUNDS (£s) she seemed to prefer to use QUIDS. (Flippant springs to mind).

The lady in the shop was brilliant, think her name was Carmen, should have taken more notice as she had 2 name badges on. If I'm wrong I apologise.!
I have to say that Branch is a lot bigger and has a lot better display than the Designer outlet branch. . The pan looks fantastic, just like my numerous other procook purchase's
