The chichester store is well laid out, and the staff, have all been so very helpful and knowledgeable each time I’ve visited. Daisy in particular was brilliant, and deserves a special mention.

I have been a customer of Procook for several years. I have always found their products robust and good value for money. I have used the website and the shops. Good service goes a long way!
I decided on a set of saucepans after much deliberation I might add. Then when I got home decided they weren’t suitable for what I needed. I think I just bought them as they were pink! Returned them to branch (Chichester) the girls were really helpful and I was offered a refund but I really wanted a new set so I went with stainless steel which I’m so happy with. I purchased the saucepans I really needed with the help of the lovely staff.
I will be back to buy my other bits and pieces I need. Good service goes a long way.
