The chichester store is well laid out, and the staff, have all been so very helpful and knowledgeable each time I’ve visited. Daisy in particular was brilliant, and deserves a special mention.

Went in to get a replacement mug, saw they had a different colour so ended up getting 3. The assistant pointed out that we could get 1 free . So we did. Very kind of her because we hadn't realised that. She then got a box to keep them safe.

Kitchen knives

Very helpful
Very helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. We bought some lovely mugs and a knife sharpener, but could have bought a lot more as the shop was full of lovely items!

Love my ProCook knifes
Love my ProCook knifes. I have had them a long time now and they are still fantastic and well past the 10 year guarantee. I receive lots of nice comments on them as they are on display in my kitchen. Also love the fact you can buy them separate too. Have me eye on the saucepans now a shop has opened near me.
