The store in Cirencester is well laid out. I was fortunate as I was early in to the shop and the salesperson had time to explain the availability of the products that I wanted.

Great service
Great service, the salesperson explained the differences between the various types of woks available and also found the right lid for it. Also needed a new cafetière and the same salesperson demonstrated how many mugs (rather than cups) each would hold.

Very helpful service at the till, I was issued a warranty for the plates for a year from the till receipt but a back up email receipt which was also sent to me as proof of purchase to validate the warranty.
