The store in Cirencester is well laid out. I was fortunate as I was early in to the shop and the salesperson had time to explain the availability of the products that I wanted.

Great service, no hassle
As we had some issues with our cookware that was still within its guarantee, we visited the Cirencester store and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They found the prices for the purchased items as the receipts hadn’t transferred to their new system, refunded them and we decided to upgrade to the Pro elite Tri ply and paid the difference. Fantastic service, very happy 😊
