Great Kitchen Shop
We visit this branch whenever we are in the area and have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

Sales lady to full on
The woman was to full on In the shop, made me feel very stressed and anxious.
All I wanted to do is buy an oven tray and she kept on and on about other products and she was full on.

I enjoyed my trip as wanted certain items and had been to Pro Cook in Plymouth and found was helpful as was this one, staff were great and helped me purchase what I wanted.
I needed a bottle opener and found knife sharpener and a few other items.

Bought some Damaskan knives and a…
Bought some Damaskan knives and a wooden and glass block for the knives to sit in. Sadly after only having them for 2 days the storage block showed signs of wear and the knives had rub marks on the surface. The set was over £500 so I was disappointed and returned them. The staff were brilliant on demonstrating the knives and on the returns process.
So in a nut shell the product wasn’t great but the staff were excellent.
