Outstanding Customer Service
Cassidy was brilliant. She helped us get all the pans we wanted to look at out so that we could get a feel for them and work out which combination of 8 pans to buy. It was a bit of a process…she was very patient with us and gave us a few helpful tips which helped with the decision making.

Far too pushy
There were two assistance in the shop the young girl was helpful but an older lady butted in and was very pushy trying to sell me reduced items e.g things for my toaster (I don’t have a toaster!) a pineapple slicer etc. I went in for a baking tin and had trouble getting out. I wanted to leave and go to Lakeland but felt sorry for the young assistant who was halfway through my sale. I won’t go in there again
