Impeccable quality
Bought a load of pans, pots and utensils. Very satisfied with all of them. The build quality, finish, and the extended guarantee makes it a no brainer. The staff at Cribb’s were also friendly and helpful in choosing.

Helpful, polite and accommodating.
I went in with a query about some granite ware pots that had not fared well in the dish washer. I love these pots and was disappointed that they looked much older than the 5 years old they are. After talking through the problems and having a look at the pots they were quickly exchanged for new. Something I had not really expected to be honest. I had just wanted to voice my dismay at the damage done and find out how to stop it getting worse if that was possible.
Thank you for adhering to the guarantee. And for the patient consideration given while I was in store, feeling somewhat awkward about my complaint. The new pots will be washed by hand. The new non stick surface is amazing in comparison to the old. I'm vey happy!
