knowledgeable staff, great pan (so far)
Staff were attentive but not annoying and very knowledgeable about the products (stainless pans biply versus triply etc). Only reason 4 not 5 star because the pan we wanted was not in stock in the shop, the warehouse or online. Presumably it is being discontinued but if so why have the price label and space for it on the shelf. Pan used once so far. But so far so good. Useful info from staff and on the pan re not using boost function on induction hob for these pans.

Helpful, friendly and patient member of staff who helped put together six pieces of each from the Oslo range.
As it was Easter weekend additional discount was offered so got it at a very competitive price.

Very pleased with the set of knives chosen. Equally pleased with the action taken by staff to help reunite me with other shopping items I accidentally left in the shop. Dealt with very helpfully and professionally.

Aggressive rude sales girl
After emailing to explain they had given me the incorrect pot. I was advised I had to do a 2.5 hour round trip back to the store. I did this to be met by the most aggressive sales girl ever. She was so rude unapologetic said we all make mistakes which I agree but not at the customers expense. I decided to return the items but she was so rude I said that I would not be returning and to expect an unhappy review. As I left the store she was shouting something at me but being profoundly deaf I have no idea what she was shouting. Absolutely horrible experience and will never use pro cook again.

Extremely helpful staff and everything in stock
Extremely helpful staff and the fact the casserole we wanted was in stock in a variety of colours.
These casseroles are fantastic quality, so great to cook with and about a quarter of the price of the ubiquitous French ones.
We were looking for a 24cm shallow casserole to match the 28cm we have which is cream - a now discontinued colour. At first looked at the white which was discounted, we see why, it looks too clinical and then took the dark blue and so glad we did.
The icing on the cake were the set of pot minders we found to hold the lid slightly open to allow steam to escape if needed.
