Sales assistants never engaged we me at all, no offer of help not a look in my direction when I clearly was interested in buying a pan. In the end I took the display pan to the counter after opening a few of your storage drawers myself to find the pan I wanted. The continued to finish the conversation as I stood there at the till and then I was served. Disappointing, sticking to online shopping for pro cook from now on. Pan is great tho, just what I expected after my last pan purchase here.

Assistant was not welcoming
Assistant was not welcoming, she walked away from serving me while I was still packing my purchase away. She was tidying a shelf by the door and didn’t bid me goodbye. Very bad customer service in my opinion.

Ready steady cook
When I went into the shop I was pleasantly approached and asked if I needed help . I said I was just looking and I would come and get her if I needed help which I did . She assisted and I got what I went for. Also the prices are very reasonable.
