The girls in the shop were great
The girls in the shop were great. They let me browse on my own. All too often when shopping, the assistant/s are all over you like a rash, most disconcerting. The promotional offer was good value, most of the items that I was interested in were £9 each, with an offer price of three for £20. As yet, I've not used them, but they feel like a quality item in my hand. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

We had two complete sets of crockery which are great but one of the plates has a very small chip. We emailed a photo of the plate and without any issues had a new replacement sent. Thank you
