Went in to look for a frying pan and came out with a dinner set,knife,set of cutlery,salad bowl and servers,and the frying pan. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend a trip.
Good service, good knowledge about products, very helpful, all in all very good experience shopping for new pans. Will be returning. Staff are not pushy and know the products. Store clean.

Needed a set of pans
Needed a set of pans, but we were clueless. The staff were so helpful and guided us through the choices, giving us all the information we needed. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy or patronising. We walked away very happy with our purchase, and wouldn't hesitate to return if we need anything else. We'll done.

I walked around looking for a new coffe perculator I eventually choose the one I wanted . The kind lady from behind the counter came over and asked if I wanted to put them behind the counter while I carried on looking . Which was great so I was free to carry on looking without having my hands full.

Very helpful retail assistant
Very helpful retail assistant, showed us various options whilst we were unsure of which set of knives we should purchase. As elderly customers(84 & 78) with varying arthritic problems with our hands she allowed us to handle the knives to ensure that we could both manage to use them . We are very pleased with our purchase & wouldn't hesitate to return to Pro Cook if we are in need of any further kitchen gadget s to make our life easier knowing that your staff are so helpful
