We love the Procook shop at Fleetwood! We finally had money and a reason to purchase a new set of knives and a dinner set. Sharon the manager went above and beyond to help us and ensure we got the full set of knives that we wanted. We couldn’t be more grateful and wanted you to know that she is an absolute asset to your store. When we got our items they were fabulous quality and we are over the moon with them. Thank you. Excellent service and range of products
Very helpful and knowledgeable person working in the shop. Offered advice which was helpful but was not 'pushy' or off-putting in any way.
My friend and I bought several products because we were offered help and then left to make our choices. Excellent customer service.
I love the extremely small frying pan I bought. I've been looking for a really small one for ages.
There is an excellent range in the shop which was tidy and well presented.
