The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and explained to us in detail about the pots and pans and how to treat the ceramic pans telling us the do's and the dont's that they recommend with them. Also they told us about the sale that was on and how we could get some bargains in the store

Kind and helpful retail associate
My visit to the store in Braehead was perfect. The retail associate was very kind and helpful and sourced the item I was after from the storeroom, after checking my previous purchases on the system to ensure I was purchasing the correct size pan lid.
