Friendly and attentive staff, without being intrusive. Good range of products and great to be able to see and handle them before buying. Special mention to the kitchen knives and the chance to try them for real and get a feel for them.

I bought Procook many many years ago and now my pot needs replaced. Very sad day, went to the precooked shop to see what they had and was not disappointed with my purchase. Excellent quality still. Easy to clean and the handle doesn't get hot. Highly recommend this set. A must buy and will buy more
