Alex was incredibly helpful and turned what would have been a very indecisive shop for all my kitchenware for my new house into a very easy and swift shop. He took me through the options and explained all the differences and was very friendly on top of it all!

Went to the Guildford shop
Went to the Guildford shop, purchased a wok and a stock pot. The assistant was really polite and helpful. Really happy with the products as well. Will shop there again.
