Friendly and approachable
One of the staff members checked if we needed any help, directed us to the product we wanted to see, answered our questions about it, and kept it behind the till whilst we browsed. We felt well attended.

Staff in the Harrogate store are very helpful. They contacted me as promised to let me know the crokery I needed to complete our set was back in stock and kept the bowls aside for us to pick up at a later date.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
We travelled to the Harrogate shop especially to choose some new kitchen knives. The assistant was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated each collection from basic to high end options. Well worth the journey and we will be back to purchase more.

I went into procook in Harrogate to look at pans for use with our induction hob. The team member I dealt with was extremely helpful and gave great advice about the various pans available. She also ensured that the pans I was interested which were on sale were placed to one side for me as they were the last set. Very impressed with the service I received.
