Was able to find what I was looking for and the shelf, then the member if staff was quick to find me one in a box.
Slight struggle to get a pushchair up the step to get in store, but thr lovely lady took me another, easier way, to get out.

Wonderful experience

Helpful and friendly
I really love the quality of the items in pro cook, but also the staff in the Harrogate branch are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When I've had an issue they have promptly resolved it.

Excellent Service - the absolute best!
We had a problem with some baking trays which we had purchased previously from another shop and then queried when in the Procook shop in Harrogate. They were fantastic in advising us about returning them and how to do that with the Cardiff store. Excellent service and a wide range of equipment which we took full advantage of.
