We wanted to treat ourselves to a super new kitchen knife and the staff at ProCook could not have been more helpful. The lady who served us took us through the various blades on offer and let us try them out on vegetables on their cutting board in store. She could not have been more helpful and was charming. The store is big bright and cheerful. You'll love it!

The layout of the Pro Cook in Hereford…
The layout of the Pro Cook in Hereford shop was easy to buy things such as the grater and battery powered salt and pepper pots. There is no Pro Cook store in Shrewsbury at all so I headed to Hereford.instead. The staff were excellent and have deeper knowledge of all the products at Pro Cook. I highly recommend Pro Cook for kitchen ware.

Brilliant assistant in this branch! We were looking for the best sharp kitchen knife, and the gentleman couldn't have been more accommodating in sorting out the best knife and also telling us all about it, including a demonstration of how to keep the knife sharp!
