Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The most important thing about buying an expensive product is being able to talk to someone who knows the product and can give the answers to your questions. The staff member that served us was very helpful, friendly and polite.

A new shop to me in Hereford. I have been looking to upgrade our kitchen knives at home tried several online sites but wasn't sure needed to get the feel of them! So when in town and saw new shop decided to visit.

Great shop with lovely staff.
I bought items that I had to return as they were not suitable. My return was accepted with no problem and my payment was credited to my account the following day. The lady that served me also helped with my new purchase. She was a trainee and was very helpful and pleasant. Lovely shop, beautifully presented with superb products and reasonably priced.
