Nice to visit a store
I have shopped online with Procook; this was the first time I had visited a store. There was a huge selection of cookware and it was great to be able to browse and see the actual products. The staff were friendly and helpful.

You have a lovely shop in Hereford. The staff are knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Polite and friendly faces greet you as you arrive. The product I had designs on was in stock. If you are able to keep your prices keen, more people would prefer to shop like this rather than on line which can be a minefield.
