Nice variety in shop bought 3 items unfortunately couldn't find the right worktop savers. Lady assistant was really polite and friendly gave us some tips. Will return.

wonderful shop with huge range of products
The young man who served me was very helpful and charming. The stock was beautifully displayed. I went into Lakeside specifically to go to ProCook and I was not disappointed

Outstanding customer service
I was served by a very polite, helpful and attentive lady. She explained everything about the products I was interested in, including the 25yrs guaranty. She made sure I was happy with everything. Loved the service and in fact went back 5 days later ☺️
