Well stocked, clean store. Staff were Helpful, knowledgeable - good customer service. We bought a knife block and knives - beautiful wood, stylish. Knives seem very good quality.
The member of staff who I spoke to was really helpful and explained the differences between the 2 items I was looking at which helped me to make an informed decision.

Always have a good experience in this store, I’ve been in the shop 3 times now. Getting ready to move out. Twice Kimberly has been absolutely excellent, great advice, not too pushy to upsell, helps with exactly what I need. Actually, it’s one of the only stores I don’t get swamped on the second I walk in the store. It’s nice to walk around the store and then ask if I need any help. Pro cook is a more expensive shop, but the experience makes it worth spending the extra money! Thanks to the Pro cook staff!
