Knowledgeable staff member, was very friendly and explained differences in the knife sets, we were also allowed to try the knife. Very pleasant experience altogether.

Quality service for a quality product.
The member of staff was very knowledgeable an helpful. She was a real pleasure to be served by an made the whole experience very easy.
We bought our plates, bows and cutlery from pro cook around a year ago and are very impressed and surprised by the quality of the products. So when we needed a new set of pans, we had no second thought but to head to pro cook again.

Great range of products and friendly staff
Great range of products. Helpful and friendly staff. Seem to be eco-friendly (reduced plastic use). They had exactly what I was looking for.
The only thing I didn't like was that I was told to enter my email address onto their system 'to get my receipt', but then I was given a paper receipt afterwards anyway. I could be wrong, but I felt like that was a sneaky way to get my data on their system for marketing purposes.

Once more I am a very satisfied customer of pro cook. I wish I had a huge house with nothing of kitchen equipment. I very definitely would buy everything needed for that house. Their range and quality of goods are definitely five plus star rating. But this time was bread knives.excellent knives stays sharp no problems with it
