Product fit for purpose, great for hot chocolate etc. Good value Aside: a bit annoyed to see a mixer I bought earlier in the month, substantially reduced in price

Products are all top notch, staff were friendly and helpful.
The shop has an unbelievable range of products, and the staff are extremely knowledgable, and happy to assist with all enquiries.
This Experience I’m purchasing a frying pan at £70 was fine I had no problem with the young gentleman. Who served me also you had an offer on and I saved £10. I would have purchased this the month before when I was at your shop at livingston design Centre in Armadale Road. I looked into your shop with a particular intention of purchasing a frying pan my wife had already purchased a set of pro cook pots at around £300 and had a discount voucher I asked the gentleman at the time that unfortunately I could not put my hands on the voucher he said there was nothing he could do and seemed totally disinterested as I was in the shop for about 10 minutes and he was behind the counter on his iPad. You a pair of jeans on which didn’t look to be your usual standard so I decided that I would just buy a hexclad Frying Pan it was only by accident that I was taking someone over to the design centre that I thought I would look in and as you had a special offer run and the young gentleman Was attentive I decided to buy the frying pan but I wouldn’t have purchased it even with your offer on if it had been the other chap.
Stewart was very helpful, we told him our problem and he sorted this out.

Staff were very helpful. We were looking for a meat trivet for our Pro Cook roasting tin but were unsure which would fit best of the 2 sizes. Our tin was not on display but was found from the store room quickly so we got the perfect size. I also found some great kitchen scissors for a bargain price which cleverly dismantle for washing.

Exceptional customer service. Couldn’t have done enough for me. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As a result I spent more than I would have and am very happy with everything.
If all your stores offer the same service as the Livingston outlet I applaud your company. I’d give them a raise 😊
The advice of the shop assistant was helpful and enabled us to make an educated choice when purchasing kitchen knives.
