Great experience in store today!
Great experience in store today. We were hoping to find a new set of knives but with an unrealistic budget in mind. When discussing our needs with the lovely lady who worked in the store, she showed us two of their reduced sets, detailing the similarities they had with the others we liked and we were quick to grab them!
When we asked if they accepted Klarna in store, she did say she wasn't sure, but we were welcome to try our digital card. We were delighted it worked and the staff member was very enthusiastic to remember that it does in fact work in store.
We were really happy with the service in store; every member of staff we dealt with was super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The knives have proven a worthy purchase too!

Really pleasant experience
Came in looking for a new chopping board. Walked out with a chopping board, new knife holder and an egg poacher. The staff member that helped me was lovely and really listened to what I needed and made great suggestions. Really pleasant experience. I believe the lady who served me was called Jo.
