I had reason to seek a replacement pan due to a problem with it. I received exemplary service from Stewart in the Livingston store, who initially sought to understand the problem and then guided me through the replacement process, including offering his own thoughts and recommendations on a suitable alternative. 48 hours later I am now in receipt of the new pan and delighted with it.
